He was born February 18, 1966 in Chicago, IL, the son of Amador Madrid & Gloria Faz. He is survived by his children, Leo Townsend, Tarah Negrete, Joshua (Kyleigh) Negrete and Anthony (Storm) Madrid II and Zachary Madrid; grandchildren, Lylah May, Elijah Christopher, Leo J., Jordan Terrell, Brooklyn, Sebastian, Myla, Gianna and Dominic, his mother, Gloria Faz; and several nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles.
