Anthony Venezuela Madrid, Sr., age 54, of Adrian, MI passed away February 12, 2021, at Promedica Hickman Hospital. He was born February 18, 1966 in Chicago, IL, the son of Amador Madrid & Gloria Faz. He is survived by his children, Leo Townsend, Tarah Negrete, Joshua (Kyleigh) Negrete and Anthony (Storm) Madrid II and Zachary Madrid; grandchildren, Lylah May, Elijah Christopher, Leo J., Jordan Terrell, Brooklyn, Sebastian, Myla, Gianna and Dominic, his mother, Gloria Faz; and several nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles.  He was preceded in death by his father, Amador Madrid; brother, Johnny Madrid and sister, Corinna Madrid.  Per Anthony's wishes, all services will be private.  www.PurseFuneralHome.com
