Margaret L. Fitzhugh, age 87, of Hot Springs, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016. She was born November 4, 1928 in Van Buren, AR to the late Austin and Thelma Estell Robbins. Other than her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Charles “Chuck” Fitzhugh; brother, Darrell Robbins; and grandson, Donnie Fitzhugh. Survivors include her sons, Carl Fitzhugh (Sherry), Dale Fitzhugh (Charlotte), and Rick Fitzhugh (Karen); brother, Don Robbins (Mary); five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, June 27 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Caruth Hale Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Tuesday, June 28 at 10:00am at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Brother Vance Nutt officiating. Pallbearers will be Kelly Fitzhugh, Clyde Fitzhugh, Scott Fitzhugh, Deek Fitzhugh, Ty Fitzhugh and Jasey Fitzhugh. Honorary Pallbearers are Dr. William Cole and Dr. Martin Kohen. The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Cole, Dr. Kohen, and Arkansas Hospice.
