James Patrick, McNichol Jr. of Bryn Mawr passed away at his home Tuesday December 10, 2019. He was born April 25, 1940 in Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital to Mary Elizabeth McClatchy and James P. McNichol. He grew up in Narberth graduating from Msgr Bonner High School and earning his Bachelor Degree in Accounting from St. Joseph's College. He then went on and earned his CPA. Outside of work his passion was playing golf at Paxton Hollow Golf Club. Winning the McNichol Trophy was his greatest moment in golf. He is the husband of Elizabeth Anne "Lizanne" (nee Deasey) McNichol, father of James P. McNichol III (Amanda), Mary Beth Pickering (Fred), Scott and Caitlin McNichol, grandfather of Clothier, James P., IV & Carson McNichol, Shane, Cory & Mason Pickering, brother of Rosemary Walsh, Martha, Michael & Thomas McNichol, Mary O'Connor and the late Robert & David McNichol. Family and friends may call 9:00 to 10:30 AM Monday in St. John Neumann Church, 380 Highland Ave, Bryn Mawr followed by his Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment is private.
