Then moving to Dorset Vt to open an Antique shop with wife Wendy. In finding the love of antiques he decided to learn to be an auctioneer and that took him down a road that blossomed into an appraisal company as well. Mark made lots of friends along the way and lasting friendships that he valued greatly. But never forget the friends from his beloved Lebanon. He had pride in holding the record in high school for the longest shot put throw in track and field for many years. And had a Lebanon High School sweatshirt in support of his alma mater. He Joined the track and field program in his age bracket in later years for as long as his body allowed it and strived to win. And by far his favorite job was driving a school bus for children of the local school and on Friday’s he would treat the children to donuts. He was thrilled to see their faces when choosing just the right one. And of course adored his grandchildren and the time spent watching them grow. At the request of the family there is no formal funeral service. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
