In loving memory of Gary George Kraun, born December 22, 1951. He passed away peacefully at home on December 8, 2019; he was 67 years old. Gary grew up in Anchorage, Alaska & Issaquah, Washington and lived his adult life in a beautiful home he renovated himself in Renton, Washington. Throughout the years he made many friends who turned into family. He made lasting memories with every one he met. Whether you met him once or have known him for years, you were a part of his family. His love for music was part of his identity. Gary played in bands such as Rapid Transit (1970s) and blessed fans with his talent throughout different Cities, States, and even Countries. He would sing along to any good song, especially one from the Eagles. Gary also enjoyed playing hockey, fishing, and being on the water. Gary owned and operated a tile business; Naknek Tile and Marble. He would quickly teach others his trade and share his success with them; leaving behind knowledge they could use for life. Gary is survived by his wife JoAnne, son Garrett, and siblings Freddie & Debbie, along with the many members of his immediate and extended family. Gary, your heart of gold and contagious smile will be missed by all. Services will be held 11 am at Flintoft's Issaquah Funeral Home on Saturday, January 18, 2020. SEND FLORAL CONDOLENCES
