Daisy Hubbard Sharp

Mrs. Daisy Hubbard Sharp, age 92 of Carrollton, Georgia passed away November 01, 2015 at Carrollton Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born July 07, 1923 in Heard County, Georgia to the late Isaac Burton (I.B.) Hubbard and Ruth Moore Hubbard. Mrs. Sharp was a retired beautician and homemaker. Mrs. Sharp was a former member of Carrollton Pathfinder Civitan Club and also a longtime member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Sharp was preceded in death by her husband, Milford West Sharp, to whom she was married December 24, 1954; her brothers, William Tommie Hubbard, Arthur Burton (A.B.) Hubbard, and John Murray Hubbard. Survivors include her son, Don Milford Sharp of Carrollton; sister in law, Ethelene Hubbard of Cedartown; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 03, 2015 at 11:00 AM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Glenn Dyer officiating. Pallbearers will be Vic Hubbard, Kreg Hubbard, Benny Hubbard, Clay Jackson, Jordan Hubbard, James Lumsden, and Bill Fullilove. Interment will follow in Carroll Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, November 02, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
