Clark D. Garrick Salina, Utah Obituary

Clark D. Garrick

“Salina, Utah - Our beloved son, brother and uncle, Clark Davis Garrick, age 61, passed away December 5, 2019 in Gunnison, Utah. Clark was born December 27, 1957 in Murray, Utah to Clarence Proctor “Red” and Ruth Davis Garrick. Clark was a graduate of the Hartvigsen School. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as a Temple Worker in the Jordan River Temple. Clark loved trains, the color green, the Miami Dolphins, and farming. He covered countless miles in his beloved lawn tractors. He also had a deep love for heavy equipment and was the self-proclaimed Supervisor of all construction activities in the Salina area. He lived for his time cheering on the North Sevier Wolves Basketball Team and was honored as their “Manager of the Year” for the 1996-1997 season. Many know he was always on the phone, it was his social media. He knew everything that was going on in the area. Clark will be greatly missed. He is survived by his mother, Ruth Garrick; brothers: Cliff Garrick (LaNett); and Calvin Garrick, all of Salina; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Clarence “Red” Garrick; and two brothers: Larry Garrick and Clayton Garrick. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 12 Noon in the Salina Pioneer Cemetery. Friends may call for viewing at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Salina, Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Pioneer Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.”
