Thomas J. Zygmund, 68, of Toms River, NJ, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick, NJ. Born in Bayonne, NJ, he lived in Bayonne before moving to Toms River in 1980. Thomas was a graduate of St. Peter’s College, receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He was a United States Army Vietnam War Veteran. Thomas was a member of the American Legion Post 129, Toms River. He was predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Anastasia Zygmund. Thomas is survived by his wife of 46 years, Audrey (nee Gelenites), his four children Paul Zygmund of Toms River, Shawn Zygmund of Toms River, Taryn Zygmund of Hoboken, NJ, and Craig Zygmund of Albany, NY. A Memorial Mass will be offered Wednesday 9:30am at St. Justin the Martyr RC Church, Toms River. Burial to follow at the New Jersey Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. Timothy E.
