BELL, Dean Vincent January 13, 1967 – November 22, 2019 Dean passed away suddenly in hospital, Perth, on Friday, November 22, 2019. Dean Bell of Balderson, in his 53rd year. Loving husband of Lynn, and cherished father to Amanda (Dustin Penney). Dean was predeceased by his parents Everett and Ruth Bell (nee` Schonauer), and by his brother Rodney (Mary). Also left to mourn his loss are his brothers Art (Cindy), Gerald, Gary (Marilyn), Brent (Kim), Darrell (Sandy) and Herb G. McWatch. Loving uncle and great-uncle to many nieces and nephews, Dean will be fondly remembered and sadly missed. Dean was a proud, reliable and dedicated cement truck driver, who took his responsibilities seriously as an employee of Cavanaugh Construction Company. His colleagues will fondly remember him. His family will remember Dean as a fun-loving guy who enjoyed hunting and fishing with his daughter and his buddies. We will honour Dean with a celebration of his life to be held on from 12:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 7, at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #244, 26 Beckwith Street East, Perth.
