Steve Vincent Helgeson, the son of Lester and Audrey (Damon) Helgeson was born on July 14, 1958 in Washington State. He died on Monday, November 18, 2019 at his home in Rugby. In recent years, he made his life in Rugby and those in Rugby will miss seeing him walking to and from his destinations. One of those daily destinations being the Heart of America Library, where he enjoyed researching any and all subjects and watching old black and white movies.
