Carmela Petrino

Carmela Petrino, 94, of Yonkers, New York died peacefully on November 21st. Born in Italy on February 18, 1925, she was predeceased by her loving husband of 41 years, Angelo Petrino. She was the devoted mother of 4 sons - Michael, Vincent, Dennis, and the late Pio, beloved grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, all of whom were the light of her life. Affectionately known as “La Generale” (The General) to those who loved her, she will always be remembered as strong, faithful, and selfless. Our world is a different place without her; she will be forever missed.
