Opal Marie Crawford, age 83, of Marionville, Missouri, passed away at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at her home. She was born August 1, 1936, in Theodosia, Missouri, the daughter of Dallas and Fern (Ward) Coulter. Opal was a 1955 graduate of Oakdale High School in Oakdale, California and was a homemaker. On April 8, 1967, she married Roy Crawford, in Carson City, Nevada. Opal is survived by her husband of 52 years, Roy; one brother, Ed Coulter and his wife, Elizabeth, of Williams, Arizona; two sisters, Marlene Campioitti and John Poof, of Port Royal, California and Evelyn Icks and her husband, Robert, of Marionville; three nieces, Bonnie Detherage and her husband, Brandon, Phyllis Blyth and Carla Coulter and their families; three nephews, William Icks and his wife, Sheila, Phil Coulter and David Coulter and their families. Opal was preceded in death by her parents, Dallas and Fern and brother, Eugene Ward. A graveside service, under the direction of the Williams Funeral Home in Marionville, will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at the Mt. Olive Cemetery north of Marionville.
