Maria De La Luz Rochel died Saturday, November 16, 2019 in Lubbock, Texas. She was born March 27, 1951 in Dos De Abrio, Durango, Mexico to Justino Dominguez Cordero and Maria Del Carmen Lozano Reyes. She married Refugio Rochel in Antonio, Amaro, Durango, Mexico on November 28, 1971. Maria was a homemaker and a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Bovina. Maria is survived by her husband, Refugio; her two sons, David Rochel and his wife, Norma of Hobbs, New Mexico and Miguel Rochel and his wife, Rosa of Bovina, Texas; her mother, Maria Del Carmen Lozano Reyes; her 11 sisters, Maria Del Carmen Lozano Moreno, Hortencia Dominguez Lozano, Maria Del Transito, Mariana, Alejandra, Oralia, Delia, Concepcion, Manuela, Cristina and Inez; her 5 brothers, Justino Dominguez Hernandez, Justino Dominguez Lozano, Jose Carmelo, Abel Dominguez and Ramon; her 7 grandchildren, David Armando, Daisy Tanahary, Erik Daniel, Miguel Antonio, Juan Alejandro, Melany Andrea and Mateo Francisco; and 5 great-grandchildren, Liliana Maria, Jitzai Yuruby, Jeshua Aldair, Samuel Armando and Sofia Jozmin.
