Wayne Long

Wayne B. Long, 97, of Cheyenne passed away November 8, 2019 at Davis Hospice Center. He was born July 30, 1922 in Urich, MO. He married Maxine Bell on February 4, 1943 in Gulfport, MS. He retired as a Senior Master Sergeant from the Wyoming Air National Guard and also served in WWII in the Army Air Corps. He is survived by his children, Jerry (Susan) Long of New Castle, CO and Terry Reilly of Cheyenne; grandchildren, Dustin, Aaron, Brooke, Abbe, April and Patrick; great-grandchildren, Izzy, Evan and Henry. He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings. Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home and private family services will be held.
