Rosalie Williams was born May 25, 1956, in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Clinton and Edith (nee Case) Evans and passed away November 9, 2019, at the Ohio Valley Manor at the age of 63. Rosalie was preceded in death by her husband Terry Len Williams on April 12, 2015. Rosalie is the mother of Terry (Anthony) Deatley, Douglas W. Williams and Kevin M. (Amber) Williams; grandmother of Hannah, Hailey, Sammy, Chelsey, Ellie, Bentley and Logan; sister of Betty DeHart, Ronald Evans and the late Clinton Howard Evans. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Rosalie was a CNA for Superior Home Care and a resident of Ripley, Ohio. Visitation 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 12, 2019 until time of funeral service at 12:00 PM at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home 315 W. Plane St, Bethel, Ohio 45106.  Burial Pt. Isabel Cemetery, Pt. Isabel, Ohio.
