Paula McCarty

Paula Marie (Harris) Gibson McCarty, age 62 passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at her home in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Paula was born to Joseph McAlister Harris and Margot Jeanette (L’Hommedieu) Harris on November 21, 1956 in Champaign, Illinois. She married Thomas “Tom” McCarty on December 24, 2004 in Muncie, Indiana. Paula is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Margot Harris, her first husband and father of her children David Gibson, her brother Tim and sister Martha. She is survived by her husband Tom, daughters Shauna Gibson and Janelle Gibson Long. In addition she is survived by her grandchildren Chase, Nevaeh, and Skyler; her brother Bruce; sisters Anne and Rebecca; niece Stefanie; nephew Mark and a host of extended family. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 beginning at 1pm at First Christian Church with Paster Robert Brite officiating.
