Vicki S. Francis, age 79, of Belleview, FL, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2019. She was born in Kansas City, MO on February 19, 1940. Vicki was fun loving, adventurous and always put others first. She loved music, her community and was hard working. She is survived by children Debbie Fugate (Eric), James Francis (Laverne) and Amy Francis-Reedy (Lance); sister Linda Pinnell; grandchildren Candace Norton (Kelly), Wayne Fugate (Cynthia), Erica Wichtner (Scott), Patrick Reedy and Jessica Daniel Thompson (Daniel); great grandchildren Kelsea and Kooper Norton, Lily Fugate, Waylon and Willow Wichtner, Gauge and Easton Thompson. A celebration of Vicki’s life will take place at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 5946 SE Robinson Rd, Belleview, FL on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 2pm.
