Rebecca H. Queen, age 70, of Athens, AL passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Limestone Health and Rehab Facility. Mrs. Queen was born on November 12, 1945. Mrs. Queen was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Rebecca L. Perry in 2015, and her parents Joe and Arlouine Harrison. She is survived by her husband, John Queen of Athens, AL, one son, Michael Scott Dennis (Marsha) Athens, AL ,one daughter Terri Jo Perry (John) Jacksonville, FL, five grandchildren, Kelly Jovenitti, Christopher Alan Dennis (Ashley), Benjamin Dwight Dennis, James W. Perry, Jessie L. Mcfayden (Willie), two great grandchildren, Destiny Jane Mcfayden, Kaylee Michelle Dennis, and several cousins. Services will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Eddie Gooch and Rev. Charles Alookaran officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30-11:00 AM at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Pall bearers are Christopher Dennis, Benjamin Dennis, John Perry, Butch Freeman, Eldon “Buddy” Brown, and Eddie Brown. Honorary pall bearer is Dennis Sprayberry.
