Dawe, Eugene James 1939 – 2019 Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home on October 28, 2019, age 80 years of Long Pond. Predeceased by his father Harvey and mother Mary of Port de Grave. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Shirley of 61 years. His children Bernie, Sylvia (Valadamir), Mona (Mark), Brenda (Arash), Lily (Gordon), Norma-Jean, grandchildren: Robin, Jaime-Lee, Samantha, Matthew, 7 great-grandchildren, brothers: Harvey (Iris), Bernie (Sylvia), and his furry companion Bella, whom he thought the world of. Also nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Special thanks go out to the staff at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, 2 East for their caring and compassion, had no bounds. Thank You so much. As per Eugene’s request, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Dad’s life will take place at a later date.
