ELLIOTT: Neil Charles – At Stratford General Hospital on Sunday, October 13, 2019 of Stratford at the age of 63. Dear father of Ashley Twamley and Jason McGuire. Fondly remembered by his grandsons Jayson and Joshua McGuire and their mother Mandi Bergen. Neil will be remembered for being a long-time owner operator in drywall installation and repairs.
