John Blake Holsclaw, age 34, of Elkin, passed away, Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center. Blake was born in Surry County on December 26, 1984 to Angela Holsclaw Lankford and Joseph O. Lankford. He was preceded in death by his brother Jacob “Jake” O’Neil Lankford whom passed away, January 24, 2019. In addition to his parents he is survived by, two sisters; Bonita Raquel Lankford, Summer Opal Lankford, niece, Kali Daughenbaugh, nephews; Jasper Daughenbaugh, Kellan Lankford, Caedyn Lankford. Special friends; Jonathan Smith, Kasey Pepper. Also surviving several loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. A Memorial Service will be held, 4:00 p.m., Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Central Full Gospel Church, by Rev. Bobby Norman.
