Terry Lee Owens, Sr., 63, of Allen passed away suddenly on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. He was born December 1, 1955 in Coldwater to Chester and Gertrude (Balcom) Owens. He married Rebecca Watkins and she survives. There will be no services or calling hours for Terry Owens Sr. at this time. Arrangements are entrusted to the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Quincy.
