Cumberland, MD – Betty Jane Riffle, 90, of Cumberland, MD, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2019, at Cumberland Health Care Center.  Born December 23, 1928, in Franklinville, MD, Mrs. Riffle was the daughter of the late Robert Rhodes and Mary Elizabeth (Kelly) Rhodes Daulbaugh. She was also preceded in death by a brother: Frank Rhodes; and was the last surviving member of her immediate family.  Betty retired from the Macaroni Factory. She was a member of the Cumberland Moose and enjoyed playing bingo, crafting, and traveling.  Betty is survived by her daughter: Shirley Keiper; her grandsons: Ronald Keiper; Charles Keiper and wife, Debbie; and Donald Keiper and wife, Casie; as well as numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.  Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, MD, on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. A funeral service will follow at Noon with Pastor Michael Calhoun officiating.  Interment will be in Greenmount Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the WMHS Home Hospice, 1050 West Industrial Boulevard, Cumberland, MD 21502.
