Neva May Hall Clark, 87, of Clarksville, IN, passed away on October 10, 2019 surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 14, 2019 at First Christian Church, 3209 Middle Road, Jeffersonville, IN. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday at Crown Hill Cemetery in Salem, IN. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, and after 10:00 AM on Monday at the church. Neva was born on April 13, 1932 in Washington Co. to the late John and Sarah Hall. She retired from the Galt House where she worked as an Assistant Housekeeper and was a 40 year member and Elder Emeritus of First Christian Church. She loved to spend her free time quilting, sewing, gardening, playing bingo, jigsaw puzzles, and painting landscapes. Neva was also a proud member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Neva was preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, Howard Clark; parents; grandson-in-law, Scott Patrick; great-granddaughter, Mollie Bischof; three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her son, Jerry Clark (Sharon) of Henryville; daughter, Debbie Wright (Thomas) of Jeffersonville; five siblings, Mary Elliott of Scottsburg, Ruth Evans of Hopkinsville, KY, Barbara Morris Graves of Jeffersonville, Audra Payne of Salem, IN, and Levi Hall (Debbie) of Salem, IN; seven grandchildren, Melissa Patrick-Jarles (Joe), Christopher Clark (Destiny), Jessie Wilhite (Tommy), Joe Bischof, Jacquelyn Singleton (Tony), Stephan Wright (Denise), and Lynne McCormick (Brad); great-grandchildren, Isaac Scott Patrick, Mollie Clark, Piper Clark, Trever Bischof, Tyler Bischof, Jordon Wilhite, Jayce Wilhite, Andrew Singleton, Aidan Singleton, Sophie Singleton, Cecelia Singleton, Charlotte McCormick, Amelia McCormick, and Destiny Wheatley; and great-great-grandchildren, Makenzie Bischof, Mason Bischof, Chase Bischof, Maxwell Bischof, Kylie Bischof, Adalyn Bischof and Ender Wheatley. Memorial contributions can be made to the Trooper Patrick Flag Fund c/o Indiana State Police Alliance, 1415 Shelby Street, Suite A, Indianapolis, IN 46203. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
