WOODS, Doris Pearl Bertha (Brooks) Doris Pearl Bertha Woods (nee Brooks), 73, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital. Forever in the hearts of her family, her loving, kind and caring nature will be dearly missed. Beloved wife of Morris for 57 years. Cherished sister of John (Marilyn), Sharon, Barb (Yvon), Bruce, Garnett (Gale), and Georgina. Loving mother of Joyce (Kelly), Stephanie (Chris), Scott (Amy) and John Paul (Sam). Beloved grandmother of Amanda (Ben), Andy (Sarah), Calvin (Whitney), Dakota and Kaden, and great-grandmother of Seth, JR, Bailey, Madison, Brendan and one more on the way. Predeceased by her parents John and Beatrice Brooks. Doris was a caregiver at heart, always ready to help friends, family and those that needed a helping hand. In keeping with Doris’ giving spirit, her body will be donated to medical science. In respect of her wishes no services will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee Chapel.
