Garland Franklin Brewer, 82 of 3070 Beechwood Dr. S.E., Marietta, GA went to be with his Lord & Savior on Sunday February 21, 2016 at his home. He was born October 28, 1933 in Seneca, SC to the late Gus William James & Ruia Smith Brewer. He was a graduate of Seneca High School Class of 1951, a graduate of Clemson A&M College Class of 1955, a veteran of the US Air Force where he was a pilot & retired from engineering. He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Wilson Brewer of the home, a son, William Robert Brewer & wife, Pamela, a granddaughter, Samantha Elizabeth Brewer & a grandson, Brendan Robert Brewer. The family will receive friends Thursday February 25, 2016 from 1 to 2pm prior to the service at the funeral home. The funeral will follow at 2pm at the Brown-Oglesby Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Terry Alexander officiating with burial to follow in the Oconee Memorial Park.Obituary
