Martha Caldwell Sites, 81, of Denver passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center. Born March 22, 1934 in Catawba County to the late Marion and Mary C. Caldwell. She was a member of Westport Baptist Church in Denver and a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Jeffery Dwain Sites and sisters, Evelyn C. Morrow, Vera C. Green, Inez C. Long. Those left to cherish Marthas memory are: Husband of 61 years: Roy Sites of the home Son: Greg A. Sites and wife Terrie of Harrisburg Daughter: Shandon S. Skidmore and husband J.P. of Newton Brothers: Kenneth Caldwell of Hickory Max Caldwell of Newton Seven Grandchildren Six Great-Grandchildren A service to celebrate Marthas life will be held Friday, May 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Westport Baptist Church in Denver. Rev Mike Young and Rev. Wally Carmichael will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, May 8, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Westport Baptist Church.
