KRUIZENGA, KAYLEE (LEFERS) Kaylee (Lefers) Kruizenga, 51, formerly of Allendale, MI, went peacefully with the Lord, in her home, Sunday, August 18th, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. Kaylee was born in Grand Rapids on September 6th, 1967 to Victor and the late Joan (Lovins) Lefers. She graduated from Allendale High School. She is survived by her soul mate and husband of six years, Jason Kruizenga; her beloved daughter, Ashley Lefers (Travis Snook); two wonderful grandchildren Paisley and Stockton, and many loving family members. Family and friends of Kaylee will always remember how she loved her dogs, being outdoors with them, and the many nights spent around the bonfire, laughing and making s'mores and memories. Any chance she got, she spent with her family. She was never alone, always surrounded by the people that brought light to her life, all the while not realizing how much light she brought to theirs. She knew every moment she spent here was a gift from God. Kaylee will be remembered for her wise, encouraging words, jokes, laughter and love. Kaylee will be cremated and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to your local park or dog rescue in Kaylee's honor.
