Jose Muniz died August 18, 2019 in Muleshoe. He was born May 18, 1966 in Durango, Mexico to Modesto and Maria (Chacon) Muniz. He married Tirsa Flores in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. Jose was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Muleshoe. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Florencio Muniz. Jose is survived by his wife, Tirsa; his two sons, Raul Muniz and his wife, Veronica of Muleshoe, ,Texas and Jose Muniz of Muleshoe; his two sisters, Julia Markham of Amarillo, Texas and Luz Florez of Muleshoe, Texas; and eight grandchildren.
