William "Bill" Keith Klamm

William "Bill" Keith Klamm, age 78, of Edgerton, Kansas passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at Advent Health of Ottawa. A memorial visitation will be held 5:30-7:30PM, Friday, August 16, 2019 at Milestone Events in Wellsville. A graveside service and burial of cremains will be determined at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation in care of Wilson's, PO Box, 486, Wellsville, KS 66092. William Keith Klamm was born October 17, 1940 in Gardner, Kansas the son of Oliver Keith and Juanita Ernestine (Rochester) Klamm. He grew up in Gardner and graduated from Gardner High School in 1958. After graduation he became employed at Delco Battery in Olathe, Kansas where he worked for 30 years. On February 21, 1965 he married Linda Lou Clayton at the Gardner Baptist Church. They were married 54 years before his passing. After retiring from GM, Bill enjoyed farming. He also loved playing cards and spending time with his family. Bill is survived by his wife, Linda of the home in Edgerton; son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Jenny Klamm of Wellsville; son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Sarah Klamm of Wellsville; sisters, Norlea Anderson, Betty Wiseman and Barb Hopson, all of Gardner; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Mary Bing.
