Jennie Wylie-Magnan, 96, died Friday, August 9, 2019. She was the wife of the late Edmond "Patrick" Magnan Jr., and also wife of the late Albert A. Wylie Sr. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Carlo and Carolina (Chirico) Cotrone. Jennie was employed for 35 years for Trifari and was the first woman department supervisor. She loved arts and crafts, gardening, and spending time with her family and many nieces and nephews. She was the beloved mother of Joyce C. Grant and Albert A. Wylie Jr. She also five grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her siblings, Ann Potter, Rose Willan, Charles, Harry, and Frank Cotrone. A visitation will be held Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 10-11 AM with a service at 11 AM in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be in RI Veterans' Cemetery, Exeter. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the charity of your choice will be appreciated.
