WELSH – Dorothy Elizabeth: Passed away at The Delhi Long Term Nursing Home on Sunday, August 11, 2019 of Simcoe in her 82nd year. Daughter of the Late Charles and Dorothy Harriott. Much beloved wife of Robert Welsh. Loving mother of Heather Armstrong (George) and Patricia Morris (Rodney). Cherished grandmother of April Armstrong – Henry (Evan), Parker Morris and great grandmother of Vera Lynne Henry. Also surviving is her sister Charlene Robinson (Wayne), brother Bruce Harriott (Jeannette), sisters-in-law Barb Harriott and Hazel Goble, nieces and nephews. Dorothy was predeceased by her sister Sally Ann Herbert (Kent), brothers Bill Harriott and Jack Harriott, brothers-in-law Clifford Welsh and Elvin Welsh. Cremation has taken place. A Graveside service will be held at WILSONVILLE CEMETERY on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 11 a.m. Reverend Ward Taylor officiating.
