Ronald Kenneth "Ron" Glasbrenner
Ronald Kenneth “Ron” Glasbrenner went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 after a short and courageous battle with cancer at the VA hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. He was born in Lancaster on December 17, 1952 the son of Kenneth and Kathryn (Wiest) Glasbrenner. He is survived by the pride of his life daughter, Heather; and granddaughter, Katana Vongphakdy; sisters: Donna (Dick) Ackerman, Diane Fernandes, and Debra (Randy Stanfley) Bontreger; his former wife, Pat Stage; step-sons, Chad (Christy) Munson and Shane (Misty) Munson; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his brother, Rocky; his paternal grandparents, Lena and Louis Glasbrenner; and his maternal grandparents, Marie and Oscar Wiest. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Hillside Cemetery in Lancaster with Pastor Mark Hoehne officiating. The Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory of Lancaster is entrusted with her services.December 17, 1952 - August 6, 201912/17/195208/06/2019
