ST. JOHNSVILLE – Alden Eula Moore, age 59, died of natural cause unexpectedly in his home on Spring Street on Wednesday July 10, 2019. He was born in New York City, a son to the late Alvin B. and Catherine (Mentis) Moore. He was an entrepreneur and was a very smart individual with many intelligent dreams and aspirations. We fondly remember him as a wild dreamer! Mr. Moore moved to St. Johnsville at a young age where he comfortably lived. He is survived by his sister, Catherine Rebecca West and her husband, Calvin, of New York City; his brother, Cary R. Davis, of Frankfort, New York; a close cousin, Mike Mentis, of Schenectady, New York; a niece, Lauren C. Davis – Riedel and her husband, Craig; and a nephew, Evan R. Davis, of Rochester. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral arrangements have been secured with the Enea Family Funeral Home, 9 Center Street, in St. Johnsville, New York, Funeral Directors Harry J. & Kevin E. Enea and Martin L. Ciaccia (518) 568-2300. He will be buried with his mom at West St. Johnsville Cemetery.
