Patricia (Patsy) A. Higgins Kinslow, 77, of Atkins, went to be with her Lord Thursday, July 18, 2019, at Little Rock. She was born March 9, 1942, in Atkins , Arkansas, daughter of R.H. and Georgia Venable Higgins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Floyd Kinslow; daughter, Beverly Kinslow; 3 sons, Terry Kinslow, Floyd Kinslow and Jackie Kinslow; nephew, Mike Higgins; 2 brothers, Boyd Miller, Johnny Higgins; sister, Ruby Higgins. She retired from GTE phone company and Kinslows Odds & Ends Furniture store in Russellville, and was a member of Union Grove Freewill Baptist Church. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Renee Baggett and granddaughter, Carlee Baggett of Atkins, Pat Blasingame and Pam Kinslow; brother, Bobby and wife Judy Higgins of Atkins; sister, Louise Guy and husband Doug of Oklahoma City; sister-in-law, Imogean Zweibel; step mother-in-law, Thelma Kinslow Hutto; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren. Funeral services are 2:00 PM, Monday, July 22, at Union Grove Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. David Bishop and Rev. Scott Warren officiating. Burial is in Oakland Cemetery in Russellville under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is one hour before service. Pallbearers are Josh Titsworth, Danny Higgins, Stanley Floyd, Walter Bond, D.J. McAfee, Tim Waddle. Honorary pallbearers are Doug Higgins and Trail Blazers Sunday School Class at Union Grove Freewill Baptist Church. Memorials made to Union Grove Freewill Baptist Church of Atkins.
