Kenneth "Larry" Looper, age 66, of Bonnerdale, died Wednesday, May 22, 2019. He was born on June 11, 1952, in Hot Springs, the son of Kenneth Harvey Looper and Glenna Fern Henderson Looper. On February 17, 1984, he married Patsy Rice. He was preceded in death by his mother; and his mother that raised him, Nova Lee Looper. Larry was a Christian in faith and a member of Pearcy Baptist Church. He was a United States Air Force veteran and retired as a recruiter after more than 20 years of service. Larry enjoyed restoring cars, boating, fishing and deer hunting. He is survived by his wife, Patsy Looper of Bonnerdale; his son and daughter-in-law, Curtis and Heather Ward of Hot Springs; his daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Benjamin White of Benton; his father, Kenneth Harvey Looper of Petit Jean Mountain; four grandchildren, Austin Ward, Etahan Foshee, Evan Foshee and Macy White; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Diana McClard of McKinney, Texas and Teresa and Mike Champion of Springdale; nieces, nephews and a host of wonderful friends. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 26, 2019, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs, with Bro. Teddy Hill officiating. Interment will be in Oma Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until service time on Sunday. Pallbearers will be Dale Cichetti, Dewey Watson, Ricky Caldwell, Danny Short, Greg Mundy and Benjamin White.
