Survived by children, Kale, Karter, Kohen Kelton; former husband, Micah; mother, Patti; father, Jay; sister, Michelle (Dave); nephew, Cooper; grandma, Vivian; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. Sara loved cooking with her children and shopping. Memorial Service 11:30 AM Wednesday, April 9th, 2014 at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Drive, Maple Grove, MN 55311) with visitation from 9:30 – 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
