Larry E. Polzin Windom, Minnesota Obituary

Larry E. Polzin

Larry Ervin Polzin was born on Oct. 19, 1946, to Carl F. and Marie (Fuenffinger) Polzin. He lived his entire life, except for a brief time at Sunset Cottage in Worthington, on the family farm near Jeffers, MN. He was baptized in the Catholic faith as a newborn, and as an adult became a member at Jeffers Baptist Church where he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and chose to be baptized of freewill. Larry enjoyed his horses, mules, dancing and playing drums. He was a friend to all and loved to visit. He was known as “Uncle Larry” to many family members and friends, and “Unkie” to his special niece, Kiki (Mike) Hubert, and their sons Otto and Oliver, and his special nephew, Robert Polzin. He was like a bag of Kool-Aid, everyone liked him. Larry went home to be with the Lord on April 20, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Fremont, Delbert, Lester, Leonard and Orville Polzin and Cletus Fuenffinger; and sister, Marcella (Polzin) Buhr. He is survived by his brother, Dale (Clare) Polzin of Lamberton; brother-in-law Dave Buhr of Blaine; sisters-in-law Lucille Polzin of Windom; Elaine Polzin of Springfield; and Lorraine Polzin of New Ulm; and many nieces and nephews.
