Thompson, Ellen Marie, 72 – of Rio Grande, NJ passed away October 19, 2018. She was born at Margaret Mace in North Wildwood to the late Howard and Ida Stoddard. Ellen worked many years as a cashier at the Country Liquor Store and Wawa in Rio Grande. She is predeceased by her husband, Herbert Thompson, Jr. Ellen is survived by her sons: Michael Thompson and Herbert (Kathy) Thompson III; brother Howard Stoddard, Jr.; grandchildren: Tyler, Juliete, Connor, Connor, and Scarlett; and companion Raymond Taylor. Graveside service will be Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery, 416 Route 9, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
