Pete McCarty officiating under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena. Mrs. McLendon, 89, of Ball, La. was born August 27, 1929 in Harrisonburg, La. and passed from this life on March 1, 2019. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Ellis McLendon; mother, Tena Crane; sisters, Eula Lane, and Ruby Coon. Those left to cherish in her memory include her sons, Danny McLendon and wife Eloise of Manifest, La., and Mike McLendon and wife Rose of Dover, Ar.; Daughters Patti Johnson and husband Jimmy of Ball, La., and Kandy Mclendon of Ball, La. and grandchildren, Jory Randall of Ball, La., Rana Randall of Ball, La., Stephanie Grantham of Canton Miss., and Misty Rogers of Atlanta, Ga.
