Ena Faye Vickers

Ena Faye Vickers was born November 5, 1944 in Jackson County and departed this life Friday, March 1, 2019 at her residence, being 74 years of age. She was the daughter of the late William and Millie Vickers. Ena Faye is survived by a sister, Cordelia Aulick of Burlington and by a brother, William (Jr.) Vickers of Tyner. In addition to her parents, Ena Faye was also preceded in death by two brothers, James Estill Vickers and Robert Pearson and a sister, Lorena Vickers. Ena Faye was a member of the Union Baptist Church. Funeral service 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Lakes Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Pete Vickers Cemetery. Pallbearers: Ritchie, Tim, John, Shannon & Jake Vickers, Joel Lakes. Honorary pallbearers: Jim Pearson, Nick & Derrick Vickers, Dillon Cole. What a sweet lady she was. She shopped with us in McKee. When we moved to Annville, she came too and did her monthly shopping. She was one of kind and will be missed.

She was one of my favorite customers at the store. It always made my day better when Ena Faye walked in the door. I am confident she has earned her Heavenly reward and I’ll see her again! Ena Faye is truly one of the best!
