Carl E. Wilkinson 64, of Red House passed away Thursday February 28, 2019. He was a 1972 graduate of Poca High School. He was a thirty year employee of Security America. Carl worked at several locations during his thirty year career with the company but spent many years working at City Holdings in Cross Lanes. Born August 11, 1954 he was the son of Catharine Wilkinson of Red House and the late Earl “Wilkie” Wilkinson. In addition to his mother he is survived by his brothers, Raymond E. Wilkinson, Robert E. Wilkinson and Charles E. Wilkinson, all of Red House, Larry D. (Vonda) Wilkinson of Baytown TX; sisters, Karen (Gary) Jividen and Sharon (Bill) Runion both of Buffalo. The family would like to thank Kanawha HospiceCare along with his nurses, Erin and Brittany for their care and compassion. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday March 4, 2019 at Raynes Funeral Home (Eleanor Chapel) with Pastor Larry Mobley officiating. Entombment will follow in Haven of Rest Memory Gardens, Red House. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
