Bettie Gaines Ritchie

Bettie G. Ritchie, 88, the widow of Hisel Ritchie, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019 after a long illness. She was born June 23, 1930 to Mattie Nutter Alsop and Charles F. Alsop. She was a Bookkeeper at Pin Oak Farm for 37 years and was a member of the Versailles United Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Charlet J. (Johnny) Ethington, Versailles; her granddaughter Beth Ethington, grandson John T. (Melanie) Ethington, IV; and three great grandchildren, Madeline Ethington, Kathryn DeVore, and Quentin Ethington. A Funeral Service will be held 1:00p, Friday, February 1, 2019 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd, Frankfort, with Rev Todd Lester officiating. Serving as Pallbearers will be John T. Ethington, IV, Jason DeVore, Mark Nutter, Jimmy Cummins, James Humphrey, and John Cummins. Honorary Pallbearers are John “Butch” Sanders and Quentin Ethington. A Visitation will be held prior to service from 11:00a to 1:00p, Friday, at the funeral home. Special Thanks to our Hospice Team, Carol Cain Thurman and Pat Kirsch.
