Loving mother of the late Kevin McDermott, Stuart (Cara) McDermott, late Amanda McDermott, Cindy (John) Laitar, and Linda McDermott (John Abatecola); cherished grandmother of Robert, William, Emma, Carter, Mia, Lucy, Brennan, and Zander; dear sister of the late Alan Archer, late Ian Archer, and Peter (Marion) Archer. She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Annie Archer (Stewart), and husband John McDermott. Edna enjoyed reading and puzzles. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E.
