BENSON, Tolson Wesley – Passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 13th, 2016 at the Health Sciences Complex, Tolson Benson aged 75 years. Predeceased by his parents Nita and Wesley Benson and sister Helen Flood. Leaving to mourn his wife Norma Benson (nee Rees); children: Deanna, Tony, Tolson Jr (Annie)., Chris, and Dan (Jennie); grandchildren: Brad, James, Chris, Chase, Ruthie, and Andrew; siblings: Marie Squires, Olga Reed (Ken), Kevin Benson (Dot), Trilby Grimes (Carl) and Paul; special friend Jim Walsh as well as a wide circle of other friends. A special thank you to the emergency and 4 South A staff at the Health Sciences Complex, and to Dr. Stephen Lee for his ongoing care and support. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Wednesday, February 17th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place from Barrett’s Funeral Chapel on Thursday, February 18th at 2pm, with cremation to follow.
