Mr. Randy M. Grimes, 61, died Saturday, February 3, 2018 at his residence in Greene County. He was born May 20, 1956, the son of Cecil Adam and Margaret Kennedy Grimes. Randy had worked in the HVAC and plumbing industry prior to becoming disabled. He is survived by his daughter, Krista L. Grant of Snow Hill; step-daughter, Pamela Dixon of Kinston; a sister, Vicky Grimes Carillo of Kinston; brothers, Cecil Grimes and Charles Grimes of Snow Hill; grandchildren, Donell Dixon, Michael Dixon, Makayla Dixon, Jade Altman, and Ari-anah Best; and a great-grandchild, Bryson Dixon.In keeping with Mr. Grimes" wishes, no formal services will be held.Online condolences may be made to the family at www.taylor-tyson.comObituary
