Stephen “Steve” Byron Fuller, 71, passed away on January 2, 2019. The memorial service will be conducted Sunday at 4 pm in the Wilkerson Funeral Chapel by Jeff Jenkins. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3 until 4 pm prior to the service. Steve, the son of the late Dr. Frank G. and Bernadette K. Fuller, was a native of Washington, DC. He was a graduate of Rose High School, Class of 1966. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn Joan Fuller. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth A. Fuller; daughters, Amanda Taylor Stang and husband, John, of New York, NY and Elizabeth Marie Upson Perez and husband, Leonardo, of Halifax, Nova Scotia; and a sister, Ellen Marie Fuller Bartless of Auburn, GA. A long-time Pirates fan (win or lose), Steve loved fishing, the Outer Banks, and his lifelong friends from Greenville. Steve was a hot wing aficionado, grill-master, and connoisseur of Jimmy Buffett. He is missed by his beloved dog Benson, and cats, Nellie and Tiger. He will be in our hearts forever.
