HART, Myrna J., age 81, passed quietly on September 26, 2016, after a brief battle with cancer. Myrna was a 1953 graduate of Troy High School. She was a loving mother, sister, and grandma. Myrna was a competitive roller skater for many years and become a ballroom dancer when she retired her skates. She had a great love for dance and met many wonderful friends through her dancing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Phyllis Raveling, formerly of Troy, as well as her eldest sister, Elizabeth Widener also of Troy. Myrna is survived by two daughters, Penny (Mack) Harris of Oakwood and Terri (Mack) Katzenbach of Dayton; six grandchildren, Jake Harris, Kevin Ison, Jordan Ison, Matthew (Jenni) Katzenbach, Ryan Katzenbach and Zach Swearingen; three sisters, Marjory Johnson, Della Swigart and Loretta Johnson; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to extend a heartfelt "Thank you" to both the Carlyle House, as well as Hospice of Dayton, for the exemplary care they provided. Family will receive friends from 2:00pm-4:00pm on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering, OH with a short memorial service to follow at 4:00pm.
