Steve Michael Cobb

Funeral services for Mr. Steve Michael Cobb of Monroe will be at 10:30am on Friday, November 20, 2015 at the new Griffin Funeral Home Chapel in Monroe, La with Bro. Norman Bryant, associate pastor of Rowland Road Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery in Marion, La. Arrangements are under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home of Monroe.

Mr. Cobb was born to the union of Morell and Thelma Cobb on February 8, 1950 in Huttig, AR and passed from this earth on November 12, 2015.

Mr. Cobb is preceded in death by his father, Morell Garrett Cobb; mother, Thelma Wrieht Cobb; brothers, Jimmy and Bobby; sisters, Joyce and Rosemary.

He is survived by his life partner of twenty-five years, Hilda Moore; daughter, Cindy Larson; step-daughter, Jodi Jones and husband Matthew; step-son, Jeremy Moore; grandsons, Andy Larson, Blaze and Mason Jones; sister, Carolyn Whittington; mother-in-law, Ann Guiterrez; sister-in-law, JoAnn Smith; also a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbears, Matthew Jones, Pete Stephens, Jason Smith, David Roan, Gary Cobb and Gil Guiterrez.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 5pm until 8pm at Griffin Funeral Home in Monroe.
